Production of Carbon, Fibreglass and Kevlar Sheets

CRE.VE.R specialises in the production of sheets and moulds in blocks and in sandwich form, made of composite materials.

The materials used for producing sheets are Carbon,  Fibreglass and Kevlar.

Sheets are also produced to order in hybrid materials such as Kevlar-carbon and glass-carbon and materials with a high aesthetic value such as Alutex.

A technology has recently been developed for making sandwich sheets in Nomex, PVC, aluminium honeycomb and polypropylene honeycomb, coated externally with composite materials that offer excellent properties in terms of the weight/resistance ratio.

Sheets are produced, in the thickness and with the composite materials that the customer requires, in the following sizes:

We can make sheets with non-standard dimensions to order.

The sheets we make are used in the following sectors:

INTERIOR DESIGN: Sheets for Designing

INDUSTRY: Sheets for Industrial Machinery

GOLDSMITHING: Sheets for use in Goldsmithing

MODEL-MAKING: Sheets for Model-Making

MUSIC: Bridges for Saddles for Classical and Acoustic Guitars

ASTRONOMY: Sheets for making telescopes

We can also cut templates from a design supplied by the customer, with water-jet cutting or a number-controlled milling cutter.

The company also works in the production of angular trims and section bars in various forms in carbon, Kevlar-carbon, Kevlar, Alutex and Fibreglass.

We can also work out special or personalised solutions and our technical office is here to assess every request, without any commitment on the part of the customer.
