My holiday house is only to use esclusive of that group of people that rent it for a period. Typical features include original wooden beams, terracotta floors and “mandolate”( dove-tailed red-brick wall sections).
In the House there is central hiting and in addition n° 3 bedrooms there is hot air indipendent .
The GROUND FLOOR consists of a large living room (which can accommodate 7 people) that opens out onto a cozy but fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower enclosure on the same floor.
On the FIRST FLOOR: there are three bedrooms with air-conditioning.
The first bedroom has a large double bed with an antique wrought-iron bedstead
The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together to make a double bed, if required.
The third bedroom is a single room with one single bed.
There is also a blue and white bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath-tub situated on the first floor. Although the original structure of the building has been preserved it still retains comfortable period furnishings and every modern convenience has been provided.
The farmhouse is situated on a hill surrounded by age-old olive groves with scenic views over the city of Lucca.
There is a large outdoor area, (completely fenced in) with a swimming-pool for exclusive use. The pool measures 12.60m X 5.40m (Depth at the deep end = 2.20m / Depth at the shallow end = 1.10m). The swimming-pool is available from March to October.
Just outside the front door there is a vine-covered pergola and nearby stands a gazebo where visitors can eat outdoors and enjoy views over the surrounding countryside and the underlying plain of Lucca.
Just a stone’s throw away, there are some wonderful walks and opportunities for mountain biking and trekking . Ideal location for a relaxing holiday characterised by a sense of peace and well-being.
